• Strong strategic and UX systems thinking
• An outstanding aesthetic sense and ability to provide creative direction
• A sense for process that promotes clarity, predictability, and accountability
• Ability to understand customer needs, build customer empathy across your team, and use research in the design process
• A strong portfolio that showcases thoughtful, high-craft work as a creative director and designer
• Excellent story-telling and presentation skills
• Understanding and mastery of the latest design and collaboration tools
