• Full lifecycle experience from user needs discovery through to implementation

• Experience managing a team with technical stakeholders

• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events

• Play a key role making open source software available to the world
• Coach designers to move towards tangible outcomes
• Manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met
• Work with stakeholders to drive quality improvements
• Lead the Brand & Marketing Design team
• Take responsibility for Canonical and Ubuntu brands
• Improve operational workflows
