Who you are

• Proven track record (6+ years) of product design experience with a strong history of creating successful digital products
• Expertise in creating wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity designs
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems
• Exceptional user research and usability testing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders
• Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to making a positive impact in the industry
• Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience at startups or tech companies is preferred

What the job involves

• Lead the end-to-end design process from initial research and concept development to final implementation and iteration
• Collaborate with co-founders head of product engineers and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize design requirements focused on user-centered experiences
• Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders clearly explaining the rationale behind your choices and how they align with user needs and business objectives
• Create wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity designs to effectively execute on design concepts and interactions
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the app and web surfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
• Maintain clear communication and alignment between cross-functional teams ensuring a cohesive design vision.
