Remote Deskside Support Engineer Job in UK DXC Technology

Who you are

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Tech Bar or desk-side support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Intune, Azure AD, SCCM, Active Directory.
• Basic hardware knowledge: laptops, keyboards, memory, hard drives.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and printer configuration.
• Understanding of ITIL incident management and adherence to SLAs.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as part of a team, and provide excellent customer service.

Desirables

• Previous SC or higher clearance
• Experience in Intune and Azure AD

What the job involves

• Provide onsite tech bar and deskside services as well as remote appointments.
• Resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, new user setups, software, hardware, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM, smartphones, and general IT.
• Manage incidents and IMACs in ServiceNow, assist with projects, follow asset management policies, and document management.
