Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, specifically in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience with Windows Active Directory and advanced GPO management
  • Expertise in Windows Hello for Business, Cisco AnyConnect, and TPM certificate management
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPNs and network security
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as SCCM and Intune
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation
  • Relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or CCNA are a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to work in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Day to day

  • Design, deploy, diagnose, update and manage desktop environments with a focus on Windows systems
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory environments and implement security best practices
  • Implement and troubleshoot Windows Hello for Business, ensuring seamless authentication processes
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco AnyConnect VPN, ensuring secure remote access
  • Manage TPM certificates, ensuring proper security protocol integration
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry best practices
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for desktop-related issues
