Requirements
- 5+ years in desktop engineering focusing on enterprise environments
- Experience with Windows Active Directory and advanced GPO management
- Expertise in Windows Hello for Business, Cisco AnyConnect, and TPM certificates
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 admin and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and network security
- Experience with SCCM, Intune and scripting languages like PowerShell
- Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar
Day to day
- Design, deploy, diagnose, update and manage Windows 10/11 desktop environments.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including user and group management and creating GPOs.
- Implement Windows Hello for Business including configuring biometrics, PINs, and MFA and troubleshoot related issues.
- Manage Cisco AnyConnect VPN solutions ensuring secure remote access and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage deployment and renewal of TPM certificates, ensuring integration with security protocols.
- Ensure desktop systems comply with corporate security policies and industry best practices.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for desktop-related issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures and generate reports on performance and compliance.
