Requirements
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, firewalls, routers
- Communicate clearly via telephone, in-person, email, and chat
- Strong listening skills

- Identify problems and remediate issues quickly and efficiently
- BS in Information Technology or equivalent work experience (5 years +)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and Endpoint Administrator Associate - Strongly recommended
- Network+ - strongly recommended
- Security+ - Strongly recommended
Nice to have
- Experience with SFTP administration
- Familiarity with database restores and queries
- Slack workflow creation maintenance
- TeamViewer and VPN technologies knowledge
Day to day
- Provide technical support to end-user community
- Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and Crowdstrike environments
- Proactively manage systems, configure devices, and support both Microsoft and Apple systems
- Deliver remote training sessions and support technical escalation for Helpdesk Analyst
