Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in 2nd level IT support
- Strong IT asset management and technical skills (Windows MacOS iOS Android SharePoint Office 365)
- Excellent project management and agile methodology understanding
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong business communication and customer service skills
- Certification: Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland

- Provide AV and event support including planning and implementation
- Maintain and manage meeting room technologies
- Produce and maintain comprehensive IT documentation
- Collaborate with 3rd level technical teams for robust solutions
- Drive process improvements using new technologies and automation
- Manage local IT infrastructure including telephony and disaster recovery planning
