Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Systems Engineer and Support Engineer
- Experience managing a large Mac fleet of 1000 plus devices
- Deep knowledge of macOS iOS and iPadOS internals
- Hands-on experience with modern MDM solutions
- Expert-level knowledge of Kandji preferred
- Experience with Jamf Pro or Workspace ONE valuable
- Strong scripting skills in Bash Zsh or Python
- Experience with Apple Business Manager ADE DEP and VPP
- Experience with Tanium and ServiceNow
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Eligible or approved for UK Government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Manage the lifecycle of Apple devices across macOS iOS and iPadOS with a strong focus on secure automated deployment and smooth user experience.
- Design and maintain zero-touch provisioning using Apple Business Manager and Kandji while building custom packages and a Self-Service catalog.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues automate repetitive work with scripting and support Windows devices in a secure global environment.
