Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in IT or eDiscovery
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • HashiCorp Associate Red Hat or AWS certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tooling including Azure DevOps Terraform Ansible Vault Docker or similar
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2 EBS FSx S3 and related automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux distributions
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell bash HCL and YAML
  • Working knowledge of JSON XML and REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of Git repos commits and pull requests
  • Working knowledge of IIS App Pools RabbitMQ Elasticsearch Microsoft SQL SMB file storage
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and SAML OpenID authentication
  • Working knowledge of AWS networking and security groups
  • Practical understanding of IT concepts protocols best practices and ITIL processes
  • Practical understanding of common security controls and benchmarks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and use own initiative
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for maintenance

Day to day

  • Develop code and scripts to automate infrastructure and application deployments using infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
  • Integrate deployment workflows with monitoring security and management systems while troubleshooting orchestration issues and remediation steps
  • Create maintain comprehensive technical documentation mentor junior staff and adapt to evolving technology needs in a hands on environment
