Day to day
- Lead the day-to-day operations and support of ecommerce and digital platforms.
- Oversee the full DevOps function across development QA production and non-production environments with a focus on reliability security performance and governance.
- Drive continuous improvement by enabling collaboration across development IT and third-party partners while resolving incidents service requests and problem tickets.
