Remote DevSecOps Engineer Job in London, UK Pleo

Who you are

• Comfortable with at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, Golang)
• Experience with automating CI/CD pipeline security checks end-to-end
• Experience in hardening, configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes and AWS environments
• Cloud Service Knowledge including securing sidecars, microservices and service mesh
• Familiar with cloud shared responsibility model
• Comfortable balancing cost, security, and deployment complexity

Desirables

• Java or Kotlin proficiency
• Experience with PCI DSS, GDPR, or PSD2 technical requirements

What the job involves

• Help engineering teams build secure solutions by automating guardrails throughout the entire pipeline
• Assist the team with diving into various security subjects related to hardening our Kubernetes & AWS infrastructure
• Design, implement and give your recommendation on security actions
• Work with Platform team to create automated CI and CD around security checks
• Contribute to projects related to security automation
• Balance controls implementation against data classifications while meeting company needs
