- 10+ years experience in DevOps, Security Engineering, or related roles
- 3+ years experience in a leadership position
- Technical background in security technologies with DevSecOps practices
- Proficiency in security testing tools and CI/CD technologies
- Knowledge of Cloud deployments and IAC Tools
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Threat modelling experience
- Risk assessment techniques
- Secure coding practices familiarity
What the job involves
- Lead efforts to embed security practices within DevOps processes
- Manage and mentor a team of DevSecOps engineers
- Oversee integration of security practices into the DevOps pipeline
- Drive development and implementation of automated security tools/processes
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams for secure CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and enforce security policies and best practices
- Champion continuous improvement of DevSecOps practices and tools
- Provide reports on DevSecOps initiatives to Product Security leaders
