• Lead SMB learning programs and initiatives by identifying organizational needs and developing comprehensive plans.
• Develop and deliver custom training content via “train the trainer” approach using instructional design skills and a variety of training modalities.
• Consolidate and connect information across various inputs to build holistic planning and coordinate integration efforts.
• Scope learning objectives and outcomes using a learner-centric approach.
• Manage financial planning forecasting and determine budgets by assessing financial trends.
• Implement and execute a strategic end-to-end learner journey and collection of learning experiences and programs.
• Facilitate design and maintain rhythm of business cadence with key SMB stakeholders and leaders.
• Communicate learning and development approaches to influence stakeholder buy-in and implementation of solutions.
• Drive assessment and change management of learning programs and content.
• Evaluate learning survey analyses and program metrics to determine program effectiveness.
• Ensure established privacy and accessibility standards during content review.
• Act as a subject matter expert to improve company offerings.
• Drive data usage to evaluate and define capability gaps for the business and improve benchmarking.
