3-5 years experience in digital marketing specialist role or similar within nonprofit or healthcare industries
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms
Experience in creating engaging digital content for channels including social media, email campaigns, blogs, video storytelling
Strong analytical skills with history of using data to drive marketing decisions
Experience managing SEO/SEM strategies and tactics
Familiarity with marketing software including SEMRush, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, other relevant tools
Collaborative experience with website updates and optimizations
Knowledge of market/industry research methodologies and their application in marketing strategies.
