• Portfolio of samples demonstrating ability to write in a conversational style
• Validated ability to learn software applications quickly and explain them clearly
• Understanding of structured content development and basic HTML

What the job involves

• Help create and update Help articles on the in our digital Help Center which includes managing content images HTML and metadata
• Work to ensure content adheres to the content model appropriately addresses the customer intent and accurately reflects the product
• Ensure quality of content by keystroke testing steps applying the style guide and following internal publishing model and processes
