What the job involves
- Carrying out user research to understand user needs
- Analysing data from Google Search Console Google Analytics Hotjar and other sources to understand user needs and behaviour
- Developing the content roadmap
- Producing new content in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Reviewing and continuously improving the Information Architecture (IA)
- Managing social media channels
- Managing the UKBCH programme advisory board
- Managing relationships with external web content and promotion delivery partners
