What the job involves
- The Lead, Digital Shelf Optimization is a high-impact role within the U.S. Consumer Experience team, driving the execution and continuous improvement of the digital shelf consumer journey for our Consumer Health brands
- Execute end-to-end digital shelf strategies to optimize the consumer journey, enhancing conversion rates
- Manage the entire content optimization process, from identifying needs and content development to syndication to retailers
