Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in Account/Partner Management, Digital Strategy, or Program Management
• Experience in pharma/healthcare advertising/marketing agency or tech company
• Track record of establishing partner and client-facing relationships
• Experience in multichannel marketing projects
• Experience creating and delivering training
• Ability to articulate complex requirements to business and technical audiences
• Background in product support or as a product SME
• Independent and hands-on attitude, Salesforce.com administration knowledge
• Excellent English communication skills

• Manage 750+ marketing agencies, customers, and service partners
