- Experience onboarding a client for SEO and identifying keywords
- Understanding of lead generation and call generation for small businesses
- Experience managing digital marketing accounts for local business owners
- 3 years minimum in digital marketing account management or client services
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads SEO lead generation and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations

Day to day
- Oversee the onboarding and launch of new client websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and lead generation
- Manage and review Google Ads, SEO, and Google Local Service Ads campaigns to align with business goals and improve results
- Track analytics, rankings, and lead generation performance, then provide data-driven recommendations and proactive optimization
