Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and/or website management
- Familiarity with the wealth management industry
- Proficiency in analyzing website analytics and data to inform decisions
- Ability to extract and understand the needs, preference and behaviors of website visitors
- Proficient in technical, analytical and creative SEO skills
- Experience using SEO tools such as spyfu.com, ahrefs.com, Google Trends
- Understanding of CMS stacks and technology, including WordPress, WPEngine, web servers, plug-ins.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deliverables
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under all circumstances and possess executive presence with senior leaders

- Responsible for driving traffic, managing digital content, and uncovering user insights for the firm’s website, MercerAdvisors.com.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content that meets user needs and adheres to SEO best practices.
- Manage qualitative research sessions via UserTesting.com, report results, and recommend next steps.
