In this role, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone, social media, and email to connect with and assist clients in navigating their vacation planning. Please know that this is a business opportunity in which you will work closely with some of the leading suppliers in the industry for cruises, resort stays, and events.

Responsibilities

Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industryDemonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations around the globeProvide outstanding customer service and attention to detailUtilize time management skills in order to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients- Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experienceWe offer mentorship and guidance to help you succeed in your role and create outstanding events for our clientsThis is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or any location with an internet connection.
