Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field or equivalent education and work experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
Intermediate knowledge of CMS and HTML
Intermediate knowledge of display networks
Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems
Intermediate knowledge of content distribution networks
Intermediate knowledge of social media networks
Intermediate knowledge of SEO
Intermediate knowledge of buyer journey, personas and lead nurture process
Intermediate knowledge of remarketing and conversion tracking
Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and UTM codes
Intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Intermediate knowledge of marketing automation
Prior work experience in microbiology or life science industry a plus
What the job involves
Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan, develop, execute and measure omnichannel digital marketing campaigns that drive marketing qualified leads
Conduct competitor and customer analysis, and develop campaign briefs including competitor position, audience personas, USP, brand positioning, messaging architecture, audience personas, tactical plan and allocations of media spend
Build, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns by leveraging CRM data, marketing automation tools, paid search/social platforms, organic traffic sources and other channels
Write copy for multiple platforms, construct emails and landing pages, ensuring alignment with the buyer's stage
Conduct campaign analysis, prepare monthly reports, and ensure tracking mechanisms are accurate and operational
