Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years of strategic experience working within the Retail Media ecosystem (Retail, Agency, Brand, Mar-Tech, and/or Ad-Tech).
  • Working knowledge of multiple platforms such as Amazon Media Services, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google, etc.
  • Ability to build strong data-driven insights within Power Point decks and deliver a concise story.
  • Interest in the dynamic and complex interaction between e-commerce and digital advertising.
  • Eager to expand expertise and willing to learn and grow in other channels and platforms.
  • Enjoy developing professional relationships with clients and becoming a strategic part of their ongoing operations.
  • Action-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Strong business management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.

What the job involves

  • Lead retail media go-to-market strategies, build custom solutions for client challenges, and consult with high profile clients.
  • Maintain platform certifications and stay updated on industry trends as the resident expert on all retail media networks.
  • Support best practice delivery optimization processes and client communication.
  • Stay informed about updates on impactful platforms and technologies for client policies and performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to develop optimization approaches.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, clients, and account teams on performance via reports and status meetings.
  • Manage multiple client accounts with tight timelines.
  • Research digital media content trends and provide thoughtful POVs to media teams.
  • Explore advertising opportunities in other e-commerce platforms and conventional DSPs like Amazon DSP, Target.com, The Trade Desk, and StackAdapt.
