What the job involves

• Lead the digital design process and champion best practices
• Serve as the voice of the customer and stakeholders
• Understand user needs preferences and priorities and communicate these effectively to the development team
• Ensure optimal product usability and user experience
• Create and manage the product backlog prioritising features user stories and tasks
• Work with the development team to select items from the product backlog for upcoming sprints
• Set the direction and vision for the product
• Define the development roadmap and communicate goals and objectives to the team
