What the job involves
Serve as the Product Owner for assigned Experience platforms, setting and completing a prioritised roadmap for improvement and optimization to maximise audience satisfaction and revenues
Ensure a friction-free user experience based on experience journey maps for agreed propositions and solutions
Participate in budget discussions with leadership and ensure adherence to final budgets
Produce competitive differentiation ideas to support revenue growth, engagement, and profitability
Focus on developing a seamless customer experience using design thinking across all channels
Continuously develop new digital technologies and solutions using data to guide decisions and improve efficiency
Develop collaborative relationships for collective success
