What the job involves

  • Serve as the Product Owner for assigned Experience platforms, setting and completing a prioritised roadmap for improvement and optimization to maximise audience satisfaction and revenues
  • Ensure a friction-free user experience based on experience journey maps for agreed propositions and solutions
  • Participate in budget discussions with leadership and ensure adherence to final budgets
  • Produce competitive differentiation ideas to support revenue growth, engagement, and profitability
  • Focus on developing a seamless customer experience using design thinking across all channels
  • Continuously develop new digital technologies and solutions using data to guide decisions and improve efficiency
  • Develop collaborative relationships for collective success
