Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Nuclear Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital instrumentation and controls design and implementation preferably for nuclear or other safety-critical systems
- Proficiency in control systems design modeling and simulation using MATLAB Simulink
- Experience with digital I&C platforms such as FPGAs and PLCs
- Strong understanding of reactor dynamics control theory and reactor protection system architecture
- Knowledge of nuclear safety standards and regulatory frameworks for digital I&C
- Experience with software and hardware verification and validation processes
- Familiarity with cybersecurity for industrial control systems is a plus
- Strong analytical communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for clean energy and a startup-minded approach to problem-solving

Day to day
