Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Media Communications or Business or related field required
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated media and social strategies with ad agency background as a major plus
  • 5+ years experience in performance social with emphasis on platforms like Meta Youtube TikTok and Pinterest
  • Deep knowledge of media planning and buying for diverse channels including TV/CTV/OTT programmatic and paid social
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong familiarity with media and consumer privacy practices
  • Experience with customer data platforms and audience activation

What the job involves

  • Play a thought leadership role in overall planning execution and maintenance of brand media and performance social strategy
  • Drive growth and foster innovation by identifying key gaps and challenges providing strategies and tactics and implementing solutions
  • Oversee the agency relationship for brand and coop media and performance social
  • Oversee mentor and grow a team across Brand/Coop and Performance Social
  • Understand and exploit intersection between paid social and traditional brand media to drive exposure brand awareness and customer acquisition efficiently
  • Collaborate and develop comprehensive Performance Social marketing plans aligned with company goals
  • Develop brand media briefs and RFP process with vendors
  • Lead audience planning and maintain a centralized view of cross-channel audience segments insights and reporting
  • Continuously evaluate our KPI framework vs role of channel to enable effective measurement
  • Own the media learning agenda ensuring all tagging and measurement infrastructure is implemented properly
