8+ years of experience in integrated media and social strategies with ad agency background as a major plus
5+ years experience in performance social with emphasis on platforms like Meta Youtube TikTok and Pinterest
Deep knowledge of media planning and buying for diverse channels including TV/CTV/OTT programmatic and paid social
Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration

What the job involves
Play a thought leadership role in overall planning execution and maintenance of brand media and performance social strategy
Drive growth and foster innovation by identifying key gaps and challenges providing strategies and tactics and implementing solutions
Oversee the agency relationship for brand and coop media and performance social
Oversee mentor and grow a team across Brand/Coop and Performance Social
Understand and exploit intersection between paid social and traditional brand media to drive exposure brand awareness and customer acquisition efficiently
Collaborate and develop comprehensive Performance Social marketing plans aligned with company goals
Develop brand media briefs and RFP process with vendors
Lead audience planning and maintain a centralized view of cross-channel audience segments insights and reporting
Continuously evaluate our KPI framework vs role of channel to enable effective measurement
Own the media learning agenda ensuring all tagging and measurement infrastructure is implemented properly
