Who you are
- Bachelor degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Solid sales/business development experience in GSS Health Solutions (Medical environment)
- Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques
- Understanding of key financial metrics and capability to read P&L, balance sheets, ROI indicators
- Ability to influence senior-level management, executives, and key clients
What the job involves
- Develop new strategic alliances with key customers
- Research and recognize customers' business strategy
- Work closely with Business Development Team and Finance Department
- Assist in the development and execution of product roadmaps
- Manage and evaluate key personnel for talent acquisition
- Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified workforce
- Represent Flex Ways of Working internally and externally
