• 10+ years of working experience in BDR/SDR Leadership with experience in multi-country responsibility
• Experience leading both direct and indirect BDR/SDR teams
• Hands on experience with CRM software
• In-depth understanding of sales process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Driven and ambitious with strong desire to succeed
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
