Day to day

• Lead M&A deal team efforts across Europe ensuring a high conversion rate from Indicative Offer stage through to deal closing.
• Help scan and source future M&A targets.
• Maintain and build a proprietary database of industry contacts.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis support for potential M&A / partnership targets.
• Develop presentation materials for M&A deals including PowerPoint and Excel tasks.
• Gather analyze and present target company information to the M&A team and company executives.
• Assist in later stages e.g. supporting due diligence or preparing investment memoranda.
• Manage and expand an existing prospect funnel of opportunities.
• Liaise with senior business leaders in finance legal tax to ensure seamless deal execution.
