Requirements
- 10+ years in FP&A strategic finance corporate finance transaction support or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field
- Required
- Strong experience building and owning complex financial models
- Executive-level communication and business partnership skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
- Willingness to work hands-on in the details
- Experience with growth-oriented multi-entity or private equity-backed businesses
- Wealth management asset management financial services or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting M&A recruiting economics capital planning or leverage analysis preferred

Day to day
- Lead the consolidated Corporate FP&A forecast model and strengthen internal model architecture.
- Build quarterly forecast, budget, and long-range planning outputs with clear driver logic and scalable assumptions.
- Deliver scenario modeling and strategic finance analysis for growth, margin, capital planning, recruiting, M&A, and investment decisions.
