Requirements
- 10+ years in lifecycle CRM or growth marketing with ownership of revenue-driving programs
- Experience forecasting performance and managing to retention and LTV metrics
- Advanced A/B testing expertise with ability to translate data into action
- Strong financial and quantitative acumen with Excel or Google Sheets required and SQL a plus
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards such as Tableau Sigma Amplitude or Looker
- Proven experience building automated lifecycle journeys across email push and SMS
- Expertise in segmentation behavioral targeting triggered workflows and personalization
- Experience leading within enterprise ESP platforms such as Iterable Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Comfort partnering with Engineering and Data on architecture and data pipelines
- 6+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data and clarity
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business marketing technical or quantitative field

Day to day
- Lead lifecycle strategy across the member journey to drive conversion retention LTV and reduce churn for subscription programs and related offerings
- Forecast performance identify risks and opportunities and run testing and optimization across email push SMS and emerging direct-to-member channels
- Partner with Product Engineering Data Analytics Creative Brand Operations CX and Marketing Ops to modernize CRM systems and scale personalization at volume
