Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years in integration architecture enterprise architecture solution architecture or related technology leadership roles
- 5+ years defining or governing integration architecture across large complex enterprise environments
- Experience owning integration strategy and delivery across ERP operational systems data platforms and third-party ecosystems
- Experience supporting acquisitions system harmonization carve-ins carve-outs or multi-entity integration strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to define standards guide architecture decisions and influence delivery teams without direct authority
- Strong enterprise architecture judgment and ability to translate complex environments into practical integration decisions
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to explain risks tradeoffs and recommendations in business language
- Ability to operate independently with senior-level judgment and minimal oversight
- Oracle Fusion ERP modernization or large-scale enterprise platform transformation experience strongly preferred

Day to day
- Own the enterprise integration architecture strategy supporting acquisition-driven growth and core platforms.
- Lead integration diligence for acquisitions including current-state assessment risk identification target-state options and Day 1 and Day 100 strategies.
- Define and govern standards patterns and decision frameworks across APIs event-driven architecture middleware file-based integrations data flows and ERP-centric integration.
- Establish a repeatable playbook to speed onboarding of acquired companies while reducing rework inconsistency and technical debt.
- Partner with engineering applications data security infrastructure and business stakeholders to align strategy sequencing ownership and architectural decisions.
- Translate business objectives into clear guardrails executive-ready recommendations and practical risk mitigation plans.
