Who you are

  • University or Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in sales management
  • Knowledge of SaaS market landscape and industry trends
  • Relationships with key influencers in HR software/e-learning
  • Proven ability to hire and train new Sales/Account Executives
  • Successful history of closing business and over-achieving quota
  • Accurate sales forecasting ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

What the job involves

  • Lead and manage the sales process with enterprise-level clients
  • Build and guide a team of Enterprise Sales Executives to achieve quotas
  • Mentor and develop the sales team through recruiting, coaching, and corrective actions
  • Establish lasting relationships with C-level executives
  • Oversee daily activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to exceed quotas
  • Lead reviews and training sessions for continuous improvement
  • Drive acquisition of new logo accounts focusing on key metrics
  • Collaborate with global leaders to maximize bookings and meet KPIs
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity to EVP of Enterprise Sales
