Ability to effectively articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executive-level stakeholders
What the job involves
Hire, onboard, train, develop, and manage a team of 4-6 sales account executives to consistently overachieve their monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Ensure the success of direct reports from the time of hire, working closely to supplement and support their direct effort
Develop and execute a plan to exceed quota targets every quarter
Guide prospects and coach account executives to guide prospects through a solution and value-based selling approach
Collaborate with the Leadership Team in setting sales strategy and growth objectives
Prepare and provide weekly forecast updates
Collaborate daily with the marketing and sales development teams to drive a coordinated Go-To-Market approach across marketing and sales resources
Represent and present on behalf of Level AI at industry events and conferences
Ensure that sales activities are updated, current, and tracked in the CRM
