Requirements

  • 8+ years as an FSO or similar industrial security role in a cleared defense contractor environment
  • Deep knowledge of NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117 DAAPM/RMF and DCSA oversight processes
  • Experience with FOCI mitigation instruments such as PA SCA SSA or equivalent
  • Proficiency with JPAS DISS and eQIP/SF-86 processing
  • Active U.S. Government security clearance Top Secret required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance level
  • Ability to operate independently and enforce compliance boundaries
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a FOCI-mitigated environment at a software or technology company
  • Familiarity with ITAR/EAR export control compliance for software and SaaS products
  • Industrial Security Professional ISP or similar certification
  • Experience managing COMSEC accounts or working in a multi-facility environment

Day to day

  • Serve as principal security advisor to the Government Security Committee and act as the primary liaison with DCSA and other security authorities.
  • Lead FOCI compliance and proxy agreement execution while maintaining visit controls electronic communications plans and technology control plans.
  • Own personnel security insider threat operations security education self-inspections and incident reporting to keep CPS aligned with NISPOM and DCSA requirements.
