Remote Director, Finance & Accounting Job in United States CG Oncology

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Ten plus (10+) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least five plus (5+) years in a leadership or management capacity
• Experience managing financial audits, tax compliance, and treasury functions
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, SEC reporting requirements and regulatory compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and change management initiatives
• Strong financial modeling skills and highly proficient in Excel required
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence

What the job involves

• Oversee financial and accounting management including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and benefits analysis
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and development opportunities
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
