Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
Ten plus (10+) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least five plus (5+) years in a leadership or management capacity
Experience managing financial audits, tax compliance, and treasury functions
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, SEC reporting requirements and regulatory compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and change management initiatives
Strong financial modeling skills and highly proficient in Excel required
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence

Oversee financial and accounting management including general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, and benefits analysis
Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and development opportunities
