Requirements

  • 15+ years in high-volume transaction environment with multiple lines of business
  • 5+ years of finance leadership in operations or supply chain
  • Experience in consumer product manufacturing preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated people management and coaching ability
  • Ability to partner and influence in a matrixed organization
  • Outstanding Excel and data management skills
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves
  • Strong work ethic
  • Superior attention to detail and problem solving
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Strong understanding of financial management processes
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and tools such as Adaptive and Netsuite

Day to day

  • Lead financial planning and strategy for manufacturing operations across annual plans forecasts and long-term strategies
  • Partner closely with Operations leadership to improve cost efficiency margin performance capital decisions and profitability
  • Provide financial leadership on operational initiatives while tracking key metrics and delivering clear reporting to business leaders
