Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing finance teams
- Hospital or health system finance experience required
- Experience with joint ventures partnerships or management services organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial statements budgeting forecasting operational analytics and financial modeling
- Experience presenting financial performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external partners
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement and organizational scalability initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills required
- Experience with FP&A and financial reporting systems strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced high-growth environment
- Strong interpersonal communication and executive presentation skills

Day to day
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for finance supporting JV and MSA healthcare partnerships
