Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Required CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience including leadership roles
- Experience overseeing complex high-volume financial operations
- Deep expertise in reconciliation-intensive environments accruals reserves and restricted funds
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial or program management platforms
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles including ASC 606
- Deep expertise in financial controls governance and risk management
- Strong business judgment balancing risk compliance and operational efficiency
- Executive communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced analytical capability to translate data into strategic insight

Day to day
- Lead financial operations for patient affordability programs with a strong focus on governance and scalability
- Own restricted funds governance, reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and accounting frameworks for high-volume programs
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve controls, reporting, forecasting, and process automation while managing risk
- Build and develop a high-performing finance operations team and drive continuous improvement across complex program workflows
