Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in a global or industrial manufacturing environment
- Deep expertise in operations or plant finance standard and product costing and intercompany or transfer pricing
- Demonstrated success establishing standardized best-in-class finance processes and leading automation digital and AI-enabled transformation
- Experience leading financial business cases for footprint make-versus-buy capacity and sourcing decisions
- Fluency in Spanish and English written and verbal
- Required to be based in or travel to Juárez or Piedras Negras Mexico
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and modern analytics tools
- Continuous-improvement mindset grounded in LEAN and 80/20 principles
- Proven ability to lead coach and develop finance talent and influence senior operational leaders
- Strong command of internal controls US GAAP and SOX
- Executive presence with ability to communicate complex financials clearly
- High sense of urgency and personal drive to achieve excellence
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Legally authorized to work in Mexico or the United States

Day to day
- Serve as the strategic finance partner to operations leaders and plant leadership, guiding major decisions with rigorous financial analysis and scenario planning
- Lead the creation and improvement of standardized operations finance processes using automation AI LEAN and 80/20 principles to boost efficiency and productivity
- Oversee global consistency in standard costing intercompany pricing budgeting forecasting controls and reporting while maintaining a strong internal control environment
