Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in global or industrial manufacturing
  • Deep expertise in operations and plant finance, standard and product costing, and intercompany pricing
  • Experience building standardized finance processes and leading automation, digital, and AI transformation
  • Experience leading financial business cases for footprint, make-versus-buy, capacity, and sourcing decisions
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal
  • Required ability to travel to Juárez or Piedras Negras, Mexico
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and modern analytics tools
  • Continuous-improvement mindset grounded in LEAN and 80/20 principles
  • Proven ability to lead and develop finance talent and influence senior leaders
  • Strong command of internal controls, US GAAP, and SOX
  • Executive presence with clear communication of complex financials
  • Change agent with high urgency and personal drive
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Legally authorized to work in Mexico or the United States

Day to day

  • Serve as a strategic finance business partner to Operations leaders and plant leadership, shaping major footprint, sourcing, make-versus-buy, and production-location decisions.
  • Lead the development of best-in-class finance processes, improving efficiency through automation, LEAN methods, 80/20 principles, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Drive global consistency in costing, intercompany pricing, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and performance reporting across the operations network.
