Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Required CPA
- Required 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience including leadership roles
- Experience overseeing complex high-volume financial operations such as copay or PAP programs preferred
- Deep expertise in reconciliation-intensive environments accruals reserves and restricted funds
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial or program management platforms
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles including ASC 606
- Deep expertise in financial controls governance and risk management
- Strong business judgment balancing risk compliance and operational efficiency
- Executive communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced analytical capability with ability to translate data into strategic insight
- Process transformation and systems optimization mindset

Day to day
- Lead finance operations for patient affordability programs with strong governance and strategic oversight
- Design and improve scalable reconciliation and restricted-funds processes across high-volume accounts
- Partner with Finance Operations Compliance Legal and Technology to strengthen controls improve reporting and support growth
