Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of sales and business development leadership experience
- Background in global meeting and collaboration industry or related technology sector
- Experience in selling Audio-Visual and Unified Communication Solutions preferred
What the job involves
- Lead and drive sales revenue and pipeline growth
- Act as a Servant Leader to global and Regional Business Unit sales teams
- Implement strategies for optimal positioning of the GPA value proposition
- Manage account pursuits across EMEA and global markets
- Oversee and manage a team of Global Enterprise Sales Managers
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to sales teams
- Contribute to customer-specific 'Win Strategy' definition
- Partner with manufacturer partners for collaborative pursuits
- Identify channel opportunities and develop strategies
- Prepare and track revenue and expense budgets
- Align sales organization with overall operations
