Who you are

  • 10+ years of HR/Talent Management experience, preferably in a global company
  • Experience in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion program leadership
  • Bachelor's/Master's in business, HR, or related field
  • Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive approach to talent development
  • Global work experience with cultural dexterity



What the job involves

  • Lead and collaborate with C-Level leaders to design and implement Talent Development & Culture initiatives
  • Facilitate education and training sessions across the business
  • Generate programming for a culture of accountability, trust, recognition, and results
  • Develop strategies to create a Great Place to Work culture in a remote-first environment
