Requirements
- Experience working within law or a legal capacity is required
- Experience in an NGO INGO charity government non-profit or international development environment is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to provide legal advice on corporate commercial private and administrative law matters
- Experience supporting financial and procurement operations is desirable
- Ability to prepare negotiate and interpret partnership and assistance agreements

Day to day
- Lead a multidisciplinary legal support unit providing advice on international public private and administrative law issues.
- Advise senior management and headquarters regional and country teams on legal and policy matters with clarity and authority.
- Prepare and negotiate assistance agreements host country agreements office agreements and partnership agreements that support organizational objectives.
