Who you are
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent work experience
8+ years in customer engagement with industry-leading domestic/global brands
Media planning experience at a media agency, premium sports, and/or entertainment property
Experience and knowledge of CRM and digital/social engagement platforms
Developing and managing successful direct-to-consumer email/CRM programs
Ability to manage complex issues and projects calmly and simultaneously
Knowledge of non-profit, philanthropic, and fundraising best practices
Strong operational skills including talent and budget management
Communicate with stakeholders, negotiate influence, and build rapport
Develop marketing activation and brand-building programs
Understanding of the media landscape domestically and internationally
Passion for the competitive sports industry

The Director, Media Strategy & Planning will drive Team USA's fan engagement by developing and implementing a comprehensive media strategy.
This role involves overseeing the development of innovative media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
The director will manage cross-functional media planning and campaigns, working with key stakeholders to optimize media channels and deliver business outcomes.
