What the job involves
- Manage customer relationship and revenue opportunities with key merchant partners
- Coordinate with product, CX, and technology teams for smooth partner launch
- Drive adoption and sell-through of Ethoca solutions across customer base
- Partner with customer to establish and report progress against annual sales and revenue targets
- Adapt sales materials to specific prospects
- Build pricing proposals and business cases
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery of commitments
- Analyze partner performance and market trends for strategic recommendations
