5+ years of experience in a design leadership role at a notable agency that specializes in brand identity (Note: Attic Salt does not offer marketing or advertising campaigns so those skills are not directly relevant to our business model)Proven leadership experience guiding design teams through a rebrand for a nationally recognized brandKeen ability to translate business strategy into compelling visual storytelling and brand design systemsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholdersA strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in brand identity development. Note: portfolios centered around art direction for Advertising and Campaigns are irrelevant to our business model.Very detail-oriented. 📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and inspire the design team in the development and execution of visual identity systemsParticipate in and lead discovery activities to extract critical client insightsOversee the entire design process, from concept to completion, including the implementation of visual identity systems across all brand touchpointsCollaborate with the entire creative team, including strategist, copywriter, and project manager, to deliver cohesive solutions that exceed client expectationsPresent design concepts to clients, articulating the vision and strategy behind the workMentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth
